The FNMT has enabled a new accreditation procedure for </g>New Window Legal Entity Representative and</g>New Window Non-Legal Entity Representative Certificates through the post offices, in addition to the existing one.
Therefore, applicants of these certificates may prove their identity at the AEAT registration offices (by appointment) or at the Post Office.
To prove identity at the Post Office, the process for obtaining the Application Code is the same.In addition, an online application form with contact details must be filled in electronically, available on the FNMT website.Once you have filled in the form, together with the necessary documentation to prove the identity of the representative, their powers of representation and the entity represented, you must go to a post office with the documentation detailed on the FNMT website.
Any error in filling in documentation or missing information will result in the non-issuance of the certificate;the FNMT will inform the user through its User Assistance Service, and the complete accreditation process must be repeated, providing the documentation again.
