Printout guidelines for new format accompanying documents (DAE)
This new format accompanying document (DAE) is compulsory from 1 July 2009. The previous form may only be used up to 30 June 2009.
EU regulation 414/2009 on printing new Accompanying documents (DAE and DATS)
Note on printing for DAT and DAE from 5 October 2010 with the EORI number.
From 5 October 2010 the Accompanying Document for exports (DAE) should be printed with the EORI number of the exporter and the taxpayer, if they have it, instead of the Tax Code or agent code.
Similarly, from that same date, the Accompanying document for transit (DAT) and transit safety (DATS) should state the EORI number of the main taxpayer, if they have it, in stead of the Tax Code or agent code.
