Paper filing of Form 030

  • Filing form 030 on paper must be done in person at the Tax Office or Branch of the Tax Agency corresponding to the tax address of the holder or sent by post to the offices indicated.

    You can download the form for printing and filing on paper from "Information and help", "General Information", in the procedures for form 030 in the e-Office.

    Private individuals who do not undertake business or professional activities can use form 030 to:

    • request registration in the Census of liable taxpayers,
    • changing tax address,
    • state, modify or cancel the address used for notifications, other than the tax address,
    • request the tax code of private individual that does not have an ID number/foreign national ID code,
    • notify a modification in personal identification details,
    • notify a change of marital status,
    • request a new tax code certification card
    • registration, modification and removal of telephone number and email address for receiving notifications from the Tax Agency

    However, in exceptional cases, private individuals who undertake business or professional activities or who declare earnings subject to withholdings or payments on account can use form 030, exclusively, to notify of a change in marital status, modifications to identification details and to request identification labels.In this case, the change of address is done via the census declaration on form 036 or 037.
