Access with Cl@ve PIN to certain electronic procedures of organisations other than the AEAT requires a high level of security for Cl@ve, that is, that the registration be carried out in person or online with an electronic certificate.
Note: the organisation is responsible for the procedure that establishes the level of security of the record that requires said service.

If you registered in Cl@ve with the CSV of the invitation letter and when accessing some procedure of other organisms you get the error 66.“Is trying to access a service that requires in-person registration or registration with a recognised electronic certificate” or 66."User not registered in person at the Registry offices or by electronic certificate", must obtain a higher level of Cl@ve security by one of these means:
You can also register in person at any of our registration branches.To find your nearest branch, you can use the branch locator found in the General Access portal.
Bear in mind that if you are registering in a Tax Agency office, you will need to make an appointment online, or call 901 200 351 (or 91 290 13 40).

Access the procedure "Register, withdraw and modify details in Cl@ve with a certificate or electronic DNI"within the "Cl@ve registration”</g> procedure.
In the upper part of the registration, modification and withdrawal form you can confirm that the Cl@ve registration was processed online with a CSV Check the option "Modify data".
In the section "Data associated with the Identification and Signature System" you can check, and modify if necessary, the telephone number and e-mail address.
If everything is correct, go to the section "Other actions" and check the option "Obtain a higher level of security in Cl@ve associated with the in-person or electronic registration with electronic certificate".Then read and accept the conditions and click "Send" to finish.
You will get a receipt of the change made. If you have checked the option "Regenerate Activation Code...", the document will also contain the new code and instructions for activating the Permanent Cl@ve.
