The modification of the data communicated or the waiver of the Cl@ve system can be carried out immediately if you have an electronic certificate or DNI from the option "Register, withdraw and modify data in Cl@ve with electronic certificate or DNI" of the “Cl@ve Registration” page of the E-Office.
After identifying yourself with your digital signature (electronic certificate or DNI), the "Procedures available in the identification and signing system" will be displayed with the options that are enabled, where applicable:
This option will only appear if the user is not registered in the Cl@ve system.See the "-ERR:REF-NOT-FOUND-Online registration with electronic certificate or DNI</g>".
Check this option if you need to change the mobile phone number or email address you provided when you registered.
This option is also useful if you need to obtain a new activation code to manage your Permanent Cl@ve.In this case, if you do not need to modify the telephone number or email address, select the box “Regenerate Activation Code...”.
Only if you initially registered with CSV, by accessing the modification with electronic certificate is it possible to obtain a higher level of registration security. This prevents restrictions when identifying yourself in procedures that require a high level of registration on online offices other than the AEAT.
The "Revoke certificate" option refers to the centralised electronic certificate of Cl@ve Signature, which must have been previously requested by the user and is not used at the Tax Agency. That is, this does not revoke the FNMT certificate, electronic DNI , etc. You can get more information on the </g></g>Cl@ve portal.
Once the corresponding modifications have been made and after reading and accepting the conditions, click "Send".You will get the proof of modification with the updated data.If you have checked the option "Regenerate Activation Code...", the document will also contain the new code and instructions for activating the Permanent Cl@ve.
Remember that you can also regenerate the activation code immediately from the specific procedure "Regenerate Permanent Cl@ve Activation Code" within the "Cl@ve registration" procedure.
Note: Permanent Cl@ve is not a system used in the electronic procedures of the AEAT, but it is valid to identify in other electronic services of the General State Administration.
Select this option to deregister from the Cl@ve system. The use of Cl@ve PIN will be disabled, but you can register again via any of the available channels (with an electronic certificate, with the CSV from the invitation letter or in person).
In this case, the user details are already displayed.Read and accept the conditions and click 'Send'.You will then receive the corresponding receipt conforming your withdrawal.
